The challenge. A fitness equipment label with strong products and a leaking funnel: five-step checkout, slow product pages and a brand that photographed worse than the gear performed.
The approach. We refreshed the visual identity, rebuilt product pages around specs-plus-proof, and replaced the checkout with a two-step WooCommerce flow — express payments, persistent cart, honest shipping math.
The result. Checkout abandonment halved. Product pages that used to take six seconds now render in under two, and the refreshed brand holds up in paid social where the label now scales.
