Recruitment websites usually pick a side — a job board for candidates that tells employers nothing, or an agency brochure that hides the jobs. The result is one funnel doing two jobs badly.
For NetHire Asia we built both funnels deliberately: searchable, fully-indexable role listings with job-posting schema (surfacing in Google's job experiences) for candidates, and a parallel employer track with service tiers and case proof that produces retainer conversations.
The schema detail matters more than it looks: structured job listings are free distribution in the world's biggest job board — Google itself.
