The approach. A booking-first rebuild: sticky click-to-call, a three-field quote form above the fold, service-area pages with real local content and schema, and load times tuned for mobile networks.
The result. The same ad spend now produces materially more booked jobs. Mobile conversion doubled, and the quote form outperforms the phone line on weekends.
