The challenge. A fast-growing US third-party-logistics company was winning on service and losing online: an outdated site that explained nothing, ranked for nothing and gave prospects no way to get a quote without a phone call.
The approach. We rebuilt the brand and information architecture around one action — request a fulfillment quote. A new marketing site puts pricing logic, warehouse locations and integrations front-and-center, while a lightweight client dashboard gives existing customers order visibility without email ping-pong.
The result. Quote requests rose 43% in the first quarter after launch. The site loads in under two seconds on 4G, and the dashboard cut “where is my order” support tickets dramatically.
